This petition has been filed to modify the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.772 of 2024 order dated 31.01.2024 as the petitioner shall made a non refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of the Dean, Government Stanely Hospital, Chennai and Medical College, Chennai for treatment of needy patients.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall made a non refundable deposit of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of the Dean, Government Stanely Hospital, Chennai and Medical College, Chennai for treatment of needy patients and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 28.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
