ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. Petitioner's allegation in the petition is that all the applications which are being filed seeking permission for grant of sinking well in prohibited "over exploited area" are unnecessarily kept pending and are not being rejected, whereas as per G.O. dated 23.07.2014, such application should have been rejected.

3. Petition is without any cause of action. As and when any application is allowed, it will be open for petitioner to file petition.
