When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has produced a copy of the decreetal Order in E.P.No.124 of 2012 in O.S.No.123 of 2007, dated 25.02.2019 and submitted that the Execution Petition itself has been dismissed as not pressed and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
