Having Circle Head Operations (TN) Represented by its Senior Engineer, Mr.D.Jagadeesan,AMG Towers, No.28, Lawyer Jaganathan Street, Alandur, Chennai - 600 016 ..Applicant -Vs1. R.SEBASTIAN, S/o.Rayappa Pillai, 2.Mrs. ROSARI RAJAM W/o.R.Sebastian.

/ 2 / Both of them are residing at No.135, Palace Road, Madurai - 625 001 ..Respondents Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant Ad interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents and subordinates from in any way disturbing the right of access to the applicant, their men, agents and authorised person to the property situate at Door No.135, Palace Road, Town Survey Ward No.2, resent Ward No.61, TS.No.61, 62, 64, Block No.3, Madurai District measuring 900 squre feet in the terrace.

This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: After some arguments Ms.R.Poornima, learned counsel for applicant sought permission to withdraw the captioned application but requested that all the rights of applicant Company including the rights to come before this Court by way of another application with similar/same prayer (if the need arises) may be preserved. Request acceded to. It is also made clear that all questions are left open and no opinion has been expressed in this order on the merits of the matter.

2. Learned counsel on record for applicant has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:
