This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29246 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first Sunday of every month until further orders.
