ORDER

The present Application has been filed to direct the Respondent to furnish security for a sum of Rs.6,54,716/- within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court failing which directing the Garnishee to withhold an amount of Rs.6,54,716/- from and out of the salary payable to the Respondent who being employed vide Emoloyee code No.4539 (122900) and deposit the same to the credit of this application and deposit the same to the credit of this application.

2. The private notice that was served on the first respondent had been served, as found in the tracking sheet that has been placed before this Court indicating "the item had been delivered". The first respondent name is also printed in the cause list, in spite of which he had failed to furnish security as ordered by this Court in its order dated 13.02.2026.

3. In such view of the matter, the present application is ordered as prayed for. No costs.
