(D) No.197 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E2) Department dt 9.4.2009 placing the petitioner under suspension and the consequential orders passed by the respondent herein in his letter No.7218/E2/2009 dt 9.10.2009 and letter No.30103/ E2/2012-2 dt 20.5.2014 rejecting the petitioners request for revocation of suspension and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to revoke the order of suspension with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has circulated a Letter dated 13.02.2017 to the Registry to that effect.

In view of the submission of the letter dated 13.02.2017 to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
