PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or order or direction, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent culminating in his communication bearing reference No.V/55/18/325 to 362/2012-RF dated 05.10.2012 and quash the same to the extent that it seeks to appropriate the alleged interest of Rs.4,81,051/- in terms of the order in Original No.18 of 2009 dated 31.07.2009 and direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the 38 rebate claims submitted on 27.07.2012 by the petitioner and disburse the rebate of Rs.1,26,30,861 without any deduction whatsoever.
