2. On 25.01.2023, this Court disposed the petition in Crl.O.P.4475/202.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
4. Considering the submissions of both sides, the clerical errors crept in the order in corrected as under:
"i) In page No.5, the word "Now" in the second line is replaced with the word "However".
ii) The sentence starting with the aforesaid word "However" shall start in a new paragraph numbering Para No.10. iii) The existing Paragraph No.10 shall be renumbered as Paragraph No.'11' and the same shall read as follows:
"11. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C. No.03 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Walajapet is quashed as against this petitioner. However, the trial shall go on as against other accused. The learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Walajapet is directed to dispose of the proceedings in C.C. No.3/2020 as expeditiously as possible. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed." 1/3
5. In other aspects, the earlier order dated 25.01.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.4475/2021 shall remain unaltered.
