Respondent Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the respondent in G.O[Rt] No.427, Personnel and Administrative Reforms [H1] Department dated 18.12.2017 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Section Officer on par with juniors on inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the panel for the year 2016-17 by considering the period of Revenue Inspector Training undergone by the petitioner as service period in the post of Assistant Section Officer with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary.
