Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2021 and to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already passed final order. 2/4
