Today, when this appeal came up for hearing, Mr.A.Vimal Raj (Enrl.No.2733/2012), learned counsel for the appellant as well as Mrs.Jayalakshmi (Enrl.No.3023/2010), learned counsel appearing for the respondent have appeared before this Court through Video Conference and made a submission that the dispute between the appellant and the respondent has been settled in out of Court. Further, they prayed to dismiss this appeal as settled out of Court. The submission made by the learned counsels appearing on either side is recorded.
