Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to issue fresh confirmation order in favour of the petitioner permitting him to collect tolls in the daily market Vanavasi Town Mettur Taluk Salem District without the condition preventing him from collecting toll on Thursday and execute necessary agreement on non judicial stamp paper for a period of 3 years from the date of execution of the agreement within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
