The petitioner has come forward with this petition to quash the Criminal Proceedings in C.C.No.130 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471 read with 109 IPC, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stating that they are claiming title under the Will alleged to have been executed by one Gurusamy, who is none other than the father of the de facto complainant. Merely because the case has been ended in dismissal stating that the Will is forged, the present case is levelled against him and the charge sheet is filed. But during the argument, the learned counsel wanted earlier disposal of C.C.130 of 2006.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani, is directed to dispose of the C.C.No.130 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.
