] This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to substitute the petitioners 9 to 12 as the legal representatives in the place of the deceased 3rd petitioner namely M.Anwar Hussain.

2. It is seen that 3rd petitioner died on 19.11.2021. The petitioners 9 to 12 are the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd petitioner in W.P.No.18925 of 2000.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition for substitution of the petitioners 9 to 12 in the place of the deceased 3rd petitioner, is allowed and the petitioners 9 to 12 are permitted to get substituted in the place of the deceased 3rd petitioner in W.P.No.18925 of 2000.
