(3D) No.07 dated 10.03.2015 relating to the rejection of appeal as against the decision of locking and sealing action by the second respondent with respect of the basement floor at New No.16, Old Door No.183, Anna Salai, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to forbear them from in any way interfering with the aforesaid building, particularly, by way of locking and sealing and demolition.

(Order of the Court was made by Satish K. Agnihotri, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"This writ petition is not pressed as the owners have undertaken to rectify the deviations in conformity to the sanctioned plan dated 23.09.1992."
