(Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.) 1.The detenue Ms.Narmatha has been produced before this Court.

2. The petitioner is the mother of Narmatha. Narmatha is, according to the petitioner, aged about 16 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It appears that Narmatha was deceived into marrying the respondent No.2, who was already married to another person. Apparently, from the first marriage, respondent No.2 has two children. Respondent No.2 is in judicial custody in Crime No.269 of 2017.

4. We interviewed Narmatha, she says she would want to be in the care and custody of the petitioner.

4.1.The said statement of Ms.Narmatha is taken on record. 5.The petition is, accordingly, closed.
