Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by that the Petitioner reports before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.25466 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUDHARSHANA SUNDER, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25466 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.

3.
