C.R.P.No.2289 of 2017 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This Court, by an order dated 12.07.2017, directed the Additional Subordinate Judge (FAC), Vellore, to dispose of I.A.No.19 of 2015 as well as the suit in O.S.No.232 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, earlier on four occasions, this Court already granted further extension of time to dispose of the said cases. Since the said cases could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 05.01.2023, sought for another six months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, this Court extends time for further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
