This petition is filed to condone the delay of 317 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 317 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street, Parrys, Chennai 600 001 [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

3.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission next week.
