O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.326 of 2018 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court pending on the file of the V3, JJ Nagar Police Station.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.326 of 2018 has been completed and the final report has been sent to the ADPP for opinion.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the respondent to get opinion from the ADPP and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
