Respondent in both WPs PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for an issuance of a writ of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to the tender cum auction sale notice dated 04.10.2012 published in the Tamil Daily "Dhina Malar" dated 05.10.2012 for auctioning the tractor bearing registration No.TN 46 F 4506, Engine No.3B16189F7 & No.TN 46 F 7530. Engine No.3A16934H7 and chasis No.15918H7 2008 on 19.10.2012 at 11.00 pm at the respondent's Bank premises and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to return the tractor bearing registration No.TN 46 F 4506, Engine Number 3B16189F7 & No.TN 46 F 7530, Engine No.3A16934H7 and chasis No.15918H7 2008 to the petitioner.

Though the loan account, which is the subject matter of W.P.No.28789 of 2012, has not been settled.
