Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 seeking cancellation of the forged documents registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Thirukalukundram pertaining to the lands belonging to the petitioner situated at Vallipuram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengai MGR District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition as there are some omissions in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

2. This Court is not entirely satisfied with the nature of prayer sought, on the allegation seeking cancellation of document Nos.1315/2017, 2105/2017, 2599/2017, 2765/2017 and 2258/2017 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Thirukazhukundarm as forged documents.

3. Since the petitioner says that it is challenged before the civil Court, it would be appropriate for the civil Court to decide the issue and this Court does not want to take cognizance of the same.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
