Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner as per Clause (f) & (g) of the appointment order of the petitioner since the appointment is Co-terminus in the State Resource Centre for Women which is a continuing programme. O R D E R

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to continue his service as per Clause (f) & (g) of his appointment order since the same is co-terminus in the State Resource Centre for Women which is a continuing programme. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he has applied for the post of Research Officer and on the basis of selection and interview, he was posted in the said post namely, Research Officer. The scheme for which the petitioner was appointed is an on-going programme and continuing till now. But the respondents are trying to terminate him and taking steps for replacing with another set of employees. In this regard, he made a representation to the respondents. As there is no response from them, he is before this Court seeking the above direction. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought six weeks time to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, directs the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in view of Clause (f) & (g) of the appointment order of the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
