This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order, dated 07.08.2015 made in I.A.No.192 of 2015 in O.S.No.299 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the online status of the suit filed in O.S.No.299 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri shows as 'disposed of'. Since the suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in this regard.
