PRAYER IN W.P.NO.9950 OF 2017: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 4th respondent relating to impugned order passed in favour of the 5th respondent vide W.O.No.78/F, SATHANUR/JDO/2017/dated 12.04.2017 and quash the same.
