ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.06.2016 and to proceed with the investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the bus shelter erected by the petitioner was demolished, pursuant to the Resolution passed by the Corporation of Chennai, for the reconstruction of a fresh bus shelter.

3.In view of the above, the complaint dated 06.06.2016 given by the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.210 of 2016 and the same was closed by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
