ORDER

This Court by an order dated 06.02.2017 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 07.09.2016 seeking issuance of patta , on merits and

in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. Since the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and patta has also been issued to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
