CMP No.5751 of 2022 in S.A.No. 304 of 2014 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant in the second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause-title.

5. The interest of the 15th respondent will be sufficiently safeguarded by the appellants and hence there is no requirement to send notice to the 15th respondent.
