O R D E R

Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to accord approval to her appointment working as Primary School Teacher in the 5th Respondent School, with all service and monetary benefits, with effect from 01.02.2005.

According to the Petitioner, she was appointed as Primary School Teacher in the 5th Respondent School, which is a Government-aided School, and is working there till date. It is her case that, the post in which she has been appointed is a regular sanctioned post and fully aided by the Government of Puducherry. Aggrieved by the inaction of the Respondents 1 to 4 in not granting approval to her appointment, the Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Respondents herein to consider the case of the Petitioner as regards according approval to her appointment in the 5th Respondent School, with all service and monetary benefits with effect from 01.02.2005, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner, and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction and observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
