The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's daughter M.Vedhaashya based on the representation dated 22.01.2018.

2.Heard both sides and perused the records.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for educational loan submitted on 22.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
