CR.NO.46/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to petitioner for appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. as ordered in Crl.OP.No.34999/2019 dated 08.01.2020 in Crime No.46/2019 dated 23.09.2019 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kalapet Police Station, Puducherry. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.BALAVIJAYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. BHARATH CHAKRAVARTHY, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [PUDUCHERRY] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.01.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34999 of 2019 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
