Further, the learned counsel submitted that a copy of the order dated 13.08.2020 was sent to the petitioner by RPAD on 14.08.2020. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order dated 13.08.2020 passed by the respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs.
