Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that "and he shall appear before the said court once in 15 days of every English monthly Calendar at 10.30 a.m. from the date of lifting of lock down and commencement of regular functioning of Court below until further orders" imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 6175/2021 in Crl.R.C.No. 372/2021 by order dated 11.06.2021 by this Hon`ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.G.UDAYASHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that "and he shall appear before the said Court once in 15 days of every English monthly calendar at 10.30 a.m. from the date of lifting of lock-down and commencement of regular functioning of Court below until further orders" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6175/2021 in Crl.R.C.No.372/2021 by order dated 11.06.2021 by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Court below, is relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
