Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 22.12.2017 has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. 03978/2019/A4 dated 25.07.2019 passed by the Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. 2.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
