Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the tender cum auction sale notice dated 04.10.2012 published in the Tamil Daily "Dhina Malar" dated 05.10.2012 for auctioning the tractor bearing registration No.TN 46 H 5385, Engine No.3B16497G7 and chassis No.15611G7 2008 on 19.10.2012 at 11.00 p.m. at the respondent's Bank premises and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to return the tractor bearing registration No.TN 46 H 5385, Engine Number 3B16497G7 and chassis No.15611G7 2008 to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Court by its earlier order dated 31.01.2020 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner that he reports no instructions in this matter and this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on 07.02.2020. Accordingly, on 07.02.2020, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list and the matter was adjourned to 14.02.2020. the side of the petitioner. This Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 18.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
