C.M.P.No.9535 of 2023 and S.A.SR.No.23262 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 300 days in filing the above second appeal S.A.SR.No.23262 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.G.Palani, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.M.Dinesh, learned counsel for sole respondent. There is no serious objection raised from the side of the respondent in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the reasons that have been set out for the delay and finding the same to be sufficient cause, this petition is allowed and the delay of 300 days in filing the above second appeal S.A.SR.No.23262 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name Mr.M.Dinesh when the matter is listed for admission. The learned counsel for the appellant has served the entire copies of the papers to the learned counsel for the respondent today.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
