Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order dated 17.11.2014 in TIN.33441003363/2013-14 passed by the respondent rectifying the Assessment Orders dated 1.10.2014 in TIN.33441003363/13-14 under Section 84 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to pass a fresh order in the Rectification Proceeding after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority.
