A.No.2460 of 2023 in C.S.No.49 of 2010 This application has been filed to extend the time to enable the applicant to amend the plaint and to file amended copy of the same consequent to the order, dated 04.01.2011 made in A.No.7314 of 2010.

2. The application in A.No.7314 of 2010 was filed to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd defendant as defendants 3 and 4. The said petition was allowed on 04.01.2011. However, the consequential amendment application has not been filed and that necessary amendment has not been carry out. Hence, the applicant has come forward with the present application to extend the time to file the amended copy of the plaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed by granting one week time from today to comply the formalities and to carry out the amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint.
