[Judgment was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed by

this Court in W.A.No.2571 of 2018 dated 26.11.2018.

2. The claim of the review petitioner for regularization and permanent absorption was rejected both by the writ court and by the writ appellate court. The writ appellate court while dismissing the writ appeal made a finding that mere casual services of 270 days would not confer any right to claim regularization or permanent absorption in a sanctioned post.

3. We do not find any error apparent on record warranting interference. The scope of review cannot be expanded for the purpose of re-adjudication of issues on merits. The grounds raised by the petitioner deserves no further adjudication in the present Review Application. Thus, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
