The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.38835 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to issue necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ratification for drawl of the pay on par with his junior by stepping up his pay in the light of the proposals dated

17.05.2013 and 08.07.2014 sent by the respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate for respondent, submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
