This application has been filed to amend the cause title of the Subpeona Petition in A.No.482 of 2025 by adding Aadithya alias Aadhi as the 2nd respondent as 2.Aadithya alias Aadhi (Mal/aged about 24 years), S/o.Gopinath, F2, Vasanth Apartments, Block A, No.23, Jayaram Street, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041 and wherever it is deemed to be necessary in the contents of the Subpeone Petition in A.No.482 of 2025 in O.P.No.210 of 2023.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.835 of 2025 in O.P.No.210 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 01.04.2025.
