By order dated 23.10.2018 in W.P.No.27586 of 2018, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2017 for appointment as a Trustee, and to pass appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Pursuant to the same, a communication dated 28.12.2018 in

Na.Ka.No.4187/2017/Aa.3, was made by the second respondent to the effect that the temple was upgraded from Section 46(i) to Section 46(ii) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.

2.If the petitioner is so aggrieved against the said proceedings dated 28.12.2018, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
