Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records related to the impugned notices Nos.CMWSSB/Area V/BC/R1/9599/2014 in CMC Nos.05/063/04132/000 dated 12.11.2014 demanding for Rs.8,68,153/- passed by the 2nd respondent, and quash the same as
illegal, arbitrary without basic of law and consequently, forbearing the respondents from taking any coercive action/steps against the petitioner.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 19.04.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, in order to give one opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 21.04.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 29.04.2021, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.2687 of 2015 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
