ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2021 and 01.02.2021 and to direct the respondents to release the TADHCO loan amount to the petitioner.

Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.01.2021 and 01.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
