Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 3 respondents herein to act up on the petitioner representation dated 18.09.2021 and reminder representation dated 29.01.2022 to remove the encroachment made by the 4 and 5 respondents in stream which is situated in S.No.175/2 which is situated in Ammampalayam Village Attur Taluk Salem District within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court and thus render justice.
