O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 1st respondent to file a Charge Sheet in the above case in connection with Crime No.299 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent herein by conducting a proper investigation and to laid down Charge Sheet as early as possible.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.299 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
