O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is direct the 2nd respondent to consider and issue passport without reference to the adverse report as quashed in Crl.O.P.No.25806 of 2021 dated 20.01.2022.

2. An application submitted by the writ petitioner was not considered initially on account of registration of a criminal case in Crime No.1127 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Peralam Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the First Information Report (F.I.R) has been quashed by the High Court in Crl.OP No.25806 of 2021 dated 20.01.2022.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit the copy of this order before the Regional Passport Officer for the purpose of considering the application of the petitioner by following the due process of law.
