The writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal submitted by the 4th respondent on 18.06.2024 as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 05.06.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.P.Harish, the Learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the appeal will be disposed of if sufficient time is granted by this Court.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following direction:

The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 18.06.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
