Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, from hearing or proceeding any further in S.A. Nos.427, 308 of 2021 pending on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, the 2nd Respondent herein.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petitions, the Central Government has come out with a notification, because of which, the matters now stand transferred to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chennai.

3. In light of that, the relief claimed now would not survive.

4. The Writ Petitions stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.6245 and 6246 of 2022 are closed. (S.V.G., CJ.)
